Hanover Schools provides mentors for all beginning teachers in their first year of teaching and for teachers who are new to the Hanover Schools. Mentor teachers orient new teachers to the expectations and standards of the Hanover Schools district and its schools, assist teachers to develop classroom rules and routines, to set up the classroom and to plan lessons, etc.
