Well depending on how complex you want to make it there are a couple options. The easiest if you want to make one with some curves/bends and maybe semi-complicated, I would go and get some PEX or similar tubing from your local home improvement store (Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, Etc). That will provide you something round for the rails, flexible yet stiff and the ability to anchor it down/cut it easily. Check which diameter would work best for you by bending them, they should be in the plumbing department. To make holders/guides for the rails get some either plywood/MDF (NOT OSB) and cut some vertical supports. Careful about screwing into the MDF on the skinny edge as you might split it. Or, if you need it to be easier to cut get some of the pink polystyrene foam (4×8′ sheets) easy to cut with an exacto knife. Use some hot glue/wire to tie stuff together securely. Maybe add some paint to amoflage the pink and I think it would look pretty good! As for wheels, just have to look around at
