What kind of mass spectrometer is compatible with RapidFire®?

0

Any high-end triple quadrupole mass spectrometer can be interfaced with RapidFire®. Raw time vs. intensity data is obtained for MRM transitions corresponding to the substrate and product and is transferred to proprietary RapidFire® software for analysis. The mass spectrometer may be used with the RapidFire® system and a standard HPLC interchangeably, by simply connecting and disconnecting the pertinent peek tubing from the ionization source.
