What kind of maintenance/support plan does One Step Logic offer?
A. Generally, One Step Logic warrants all original programming, touch panel, and integration work to be free of defects and meeting requirements for a period of 6 months. Any defects identified by contractor or end-user during that period will be corrected by One Step Logic at no additional charge. This time frame may be shorter or longer for specific jobs depending on special circumstances. Should a problem be found that is not due to a defect in the work of One Step Logic OR the problem was not included as part of the original requirements, we can perform the additional work using a change order.
