The lift system consists of a custom geared winch that is user-friendlier, and requires less maintenance, than more complicated hydraulic systems. The winch is connected to, and is powered by, your vehicle’s battery. The wired control box simply clips to the driver’s door window for convenience while plowing. The easy quick-connect cables allow you to disconnect the control box for storage when the plow is not in use.
