What kind of library does Terra Nova have?
Terra Nova has a library of audio and video materials, including an impressive collection of movies (in English, with English subtitles). All our students can check out one or two video discs at a time. Videos circulate for three days. We do not charge our students for borrowing videos. All our students can also attend movie sessions organized on Saturdays. Terra Nova has a small library of books and periodicals. All our students can check out one or two books at a time. Most books have a two-week lending (circulation) period and may be renewed for an additional one week. Reference books (such as encyclopedias or dictionaries) circulate overnight only. They may be picked up at the end of the day and returned the next morning before the classes begin. Magazines circulate for one week.
