What kind of lens should I get with my Fujifilm FinePix S2 Pro?

Seeing as how I too own the Fuji S-2 (built on a Nikon N-80 film body) I might be qualified to answer this. Virtually any AF-D – AF-G or DX lenses will work. Other companies, Sigma, Tamron (and the now gone Vivitar) have the same thing but use different nomenclature for their lenses. Because the camera IS a Nikon body, it has the world famous Nikon F mount which allows a gazillion OTHER lenses and accessories to be mounted as well, however, most will NOT have meter coupling unless their in the auto class mentioned above. I keep a DX lens of 18~135mm on this camera, for my wife and on my S-5 I have Nikon’s 18~200 IS DX lens. I also have a slew of older manual lenses I use as well as newer AF lenses. Another good lens I have use on this camera is the 24~120mm AF-D. To be honest, there are very few lenses and accessories you can not use on your Fuji S2 and the only draw back on the rest is you have to use a hand held light meter or take the time to “walk your exposure in” and bracket.
