What kind of job opportunities are there for people with Navy Nuclear Power Experience?
Any nuclear or conventional power plant will give you a job. Better job choices if you got your AS and BS in nuclear engineering while on active duty, but not required. Go to www.nukeworker.com (org) and check out the jobs that are out there nationwide. ALSO, Northrump Grumman will hire most nukes in a flash. Go to the National Navy League web site and fill out their job search profile. You will be setup with any job open with your experience. Just type in National Navy League and look for the job icon. I think it is on the left side about halfway down. Great program and super easy, they do all the work you just receive e-mail’s with job matches, lots of them….
