What kind of job does the CACE program lead to?
The CACE program is intended for career-enhancement and professional development rather than for career-preparation. In other words, applicants to the CACE program are normally employed in a professional setting that requires that they develop the skills listed above. Many of our CACE graduates have advised us that the program helped them to advance in their careers and to develop the skills they needed to be more effective practitioners. For example, the Saskatchewan Chapter of the Human Resource Association accepts CACE courses for re-certification of Certified Human Resource Professionals (CHRP). Alternately, some CACE students may be preparing themselves for a significant career change.
