You may find some work as a helping hand with a contractor. They need people to haul, plaster and paint. It will be up to them to find out whether they can hire you at your age. Ask some home improvement contractors (call around). If you are reliable and responsible they may use you. Since you’re asking this question in the real estate category I am guessing you are looking for something like that. Property Management companies need people to keep up the lawns and yards of their rentals too. That may be an option too.
