What kind of items can be reimbursed and what can not?
Basically, any item that will be consumed during the culturefest can be reimbursed, such as food, tea, ink, traditional clothing/costume rental, and so on. And any item which you can keep after culturefest will not able to be reimbursed, such as clothing, games, musical instruments, and so on. • Are we allowed to sell some arts and crafts at the Exhibit table? NO. Culturefest is funded by the Parents’ Program Fund as well as Culture Programming Board on the basis that Culturefest show and exhibition should be FREE to all who attended.
