People come to the ombuds office when they want to discuss academic or work-related issues confidentially. The Ombuds Office is flexible enough to address any workplace or academic issue that seems to interfere with your ability to perform effectively or that seems to be important to the core values at UC Irvine. Sometimes visitors just want a referral to the UC Irvine resource best able to handle the situation.
