The master policy covers the structures and anything permanently attached to them. It does not cover the contents of your unit. The Association provides Property Insurance, Comprehensive General/ Liability Insurance, Commercial Umbrella Insurance, Directors and Officers Insurance, Fidelity Bond, Workers Compensation, and Temporary Disability insurance for employees of the Association. This insurance is provided through State Farm. The agent for the association is Larry Welsch. He can be contacted at 955-2628.
