These include unbleached King Arthur brand flour, pure Imperial brand cane sugar, real Nielsen-Massey Madagascar vanilla extract, farm fresh eggs from Janie’s own chickens, real dairy cream and butter. You will NEVER find preservatives, or artificial ingredients in Janie’s Cakes. And every cake is made from scratch (meaning from the beginning or from the most basic ingredients). Unlike most bakers, Janie’s Cakes NEVER uses commercial cake mixes and NEVER will!
