What kind of information will I receive in KC Rewards email updates?
Members receive three types of email from KC Rewards: • System Generated email includes your welcome email, password reset, etc. These are only sent when specific actions, such as new Password or User Name reminder are specifically requested. They are mandatory for all members. • Administrative email includes monthly statements, program changes and reminders. These are sent periodically and are mandatory for all members. • Marketing email is typically sent weekly. Members may opt out of these emails by visiting their “Profile” and un-selecting the Email Preference box at the base of the page.
