What kind of information does Nextrac need from me to get started?
Nextrac requires the following documents to be faxed before your “application” will be approved: – Business License – Certificate of Insurance listing Nextrac as an additional insured – References The Service Provider can provide any additional information they feel will help them get matched with more consumers. If for some reason you are missing any off the required documents, contact Nextrac and we will see what can be done to help you become a Service Provider.
