What kind of infant formula helps and prevents constipation?

Formula will cause constipation because it’s thicker than breastmilk and a baby does have problems digesting it. The iron content has nothing to do with the constipation (per my Dr). I know prune juice and Karo syrup will help but call the Dr before you give your baby anything.
