What kind of help will the consultants in the lab provide?
The Student Consultants in the labs are familiar with the lab’s hardware, software and basic computing concepts. You can expect them to help when using Microsoft Office, Internet, FTP, Email, MyGateway, Centra, basic computer operations, and other lab procedures. Consultants will not however do your homework or programming for you, please check with tutors or your instructor for help in completing course assignments.
