It depends on the type of high waisted jeans. If it’s the type that shows off the jean with a design or cute buttons. You should wear a shirt inside of the jean. Top it off with stiletto pumps. Pumps and skinny jeans always go together. Your hair depends on your current hair do. If you bang, you can wear it straight with you bang. I believe that’s an Alicia Keys hairdo. Or you can wear it in a presentable ponytail that will show off your face as well as your outfit.
