I think you shouldn’t change it too much. The length is just right without weighing hair down. Just do some long layers around the bottom, also maybe some internal layers to give some lift. The thing about fine hair is that having no layers makes hair flat, but having too many layers can make it look limper too. If you want to add some interest, try some sideswept bangs or some fringy bangs right over the eyes. When you get your hair cut, talk to your stylist about products to give you some lift. You can also try Matrix Vavoom or Big Sexy Hair Mousse. Spray mousse into hand, apply to roots. Blow dry roots upside down until completely dry, blast with cool air, then flip up. Finish the rest of your hair with a round, vented brush to give swing. This will give a nice, tousled body without being overdone. Some nice golden blonde highlights around the face and crown would finish it off nicely. I’m sure you will look great.
