Texel is a rexed (crimped coat) sheltie. Peruvian is a straight coated pig with two rump rosettes (if it is show quality) which throw the coat forward to create the ‘frontal’ or fringe. Straight coated is genetically dominant over crimped coat. A coat with rosettes is incompletely dominant. The offspring may have two, or one, or none at all. The mating you suggest will give smooth coated longhaired which, in all probability will have a rosette or two. You would be better to decide between the two breeds and, for example, borrow a Peruvian boar to mate to your sow. You may be lucky and just get the straight coat with no rosettes (rather than, say, just one which would only mess up the coat).
