What kind of guarantee comes with each puppy?
We offer a 1 year genetic health guarantee for each puppy. This means that we take full responsibility for their genetic health. IF there is a situation where a life threatening genetic defect is found in a puppy, and a licensed veterinarian offers full documentation of such, then either a refund of money or a replacement puppy will be offered. It is extremely important to us that our puppies are healthy, so we stand behind them 100%. Also, we have a clause in our contract that states that if a puppy can no longer be kept by a family, due to unforeseen circumstances, then it is required that the puppy be returned to us. We never want to see one of our puppies in a shelter or rescue league. Our pups are always welcome back here at any time, for any reason. No refunds will be made in these situations.
