hi edd to be honest mate the ati radeon xpress is one of the worst intergrated graphic processors(igp,s) that ati released and was pretty abysmal for gaming however lucky for you there are some decent pci-express cards and allthough your budget is quite low there are some decent budget offerings that will run age of empires 3 on quite good detail levels the first card is the Sapphire HD4550 512MB PCI-E 2.0 (x16)( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Component… and this has some excellent specs for a card at this price range it has a 600mhz core clock and 512mb of gddr3 memory running at 900mhz or 1800mhz ddr effective,however it also has just a 64bit memory interface(hence the price) but that said this will easily run age of empires at 1280×1024 and medium detail the next card i want to show you is the XFX GeForce 9500GT 51
