What kind of government does new zealand have and what kind of education system do they use?
Government type: parliamentary democracy Executive branch: chief of state: Queen ELIZABETH II (since 6 February 1952); represented by Governor General Anand SATYANAND (since 23 August 2006) head of government: Prime Minister Helen CLARK (since 10 December 1999); Deputy Prime Minister Michael CULLEN (since July 2002)
New Zealand Education changed quite alot a few years ago, they used to have something similar to australia’s HSC (sixth form certificate in NZ) They now use NCEA, which is a credit system. So you need to get X amount of credits to pass, credits are counted overall through the year some of these will come from end of year exams etc.
