What kind of fruit is in Kaeng Raeng?
We use freeze-dried fruit purchased directly from farmers in Northern California. Using local fruit keeps our carbon footprint low, keeps costs low, helps our community, and ensures the best quality and the safest product. We know that the fruit we buy contains no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. We work with farmers who grow organically; however, they are not USDA certified, so we cannot claim the fruit is organic.
