Based on the fact that VISUALjob for Control-M has full knowledge about the scheduling definitions and the calendar definition, it can calculate for every job when it is planned for execution. VISUALjob for Control-M can also display entire jobflows in the WebView flowcharts marking those jobs that are planned for execution for a particular day and actually graphically crossing out those jobs that are not planned to run for the forecasted day. The real value of such a combined flowchart/forecast view is that inconsistencies for the forecasted day can easily be identified. Problems can be eliminated before they impact the business negatively.
