What kind of foods should an athlete eat and or SEAL wannabe?
I’ve never heard of anyone making it thanks to their diet but I can tell you that the things you eat aren’t as important. At BUD/S we have to eat like 1500-1800 calories a day to keep our bodies functioning, I’ll tell you like this, its not that important to count calories and making sure you eat only healthy non-fatty foods. You can have your wings and burgers as long as you know how to portion it and can manage it with working out and exercising and keeping your stamina and endurance. A kid who grew up on burgers has the same amount of chance that a kid who grew up on salads has. In the end its all mental not physical. Good luck.
