What kind of foods do you recommend with the Recomposize program?
While many people report positive results with little or no change in their diet, we always recommend that people maintain a healthy diet consisting of fresh vegetables & fruits, fish & seafood, and poultry & meats. Avoid refined processed hydrogenated oils (found in most “junk food”). Other items to avoid are white flour & sugar products like pasta, cakes, pies, candies, breads, white refined rice, pizza, etc. In addition, bread products that contain extra added gluten should be avoided or minimized. As a final note…avoid sodas (regular & diet) and drink plenty of pure water.
