What kind of files will I receive? Are they compressed file formats or do they come ready to use?
You will receive compressed versions of .eps or jpg file format photos. All files that are transferred electronically (email & FTP) have been compressed (zipped) for efficient & reliable transfer from us to you. These files should be saved to your desktop and must be decompressed before they can be used. Most modern operating systems will be able to decompress these file without the aid of a third party application by just double clicking on it. However you may need to download a free copy of StuffIt Expander or winzip.
