Saint François is at the same time an old traditional guadeloupean village and a sea side resort. There are plenty of restaurants and shops at all prices, but also bars, doctors, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, …traditional market, … night clubs and the casino. For sports activities there are an 18 holes golf, a parachutim club, several diving clubs, marina for selling and fishing, many places for bathing and snorkeling and many site to visit by foot or bicycle.
