What kind of exercises to lose weight of thighs ?
You won’t lose weight off of thighs simply if you do squats and lunges…even 1000 a day won’t make any difference except make them thicker + more muscular. If you want to shed excess fat storage from your thighs, do cardio. Your thighs and your butt are your body’s natural fat storage places, so when you shed pounds you’re going to see a difference there first. It will be most noticeable in your thighs, b/c that’s the fat storage place. Combine squats and lunges with at least 40 min of cardio every day–I suggest jogging on the treadmill at 5.0 mph. Your thighs will be lean, slim and toned. If you don’t want toned, just slim, then stretch your thighs out and do yoga…it lengthens the muscles to make them less noticeable. 2.) Inner thighs are harder places to target and tone than “thighs,” which usually refers to outer thighs, or the top of your thighs. Of course it can sometimes refer to the entire…thigh.
