What kind of exercises does the iBoot Fitness Boot Camp include?
The exercises are very simple and basic. Lesley Durkin, a participant of the program said “…these are all exercises we learned growing up and forgot about…” and Jim Farmakis said “…it’s pretty straight-forward and can be called fitness for dummies.” However, don’t mistake that for easy though because these workouts WILL challenge you. Push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, squats, side hops, and more all modified to make up over 50 exercise movements. You will need either thera-band tubing or dumbbells for the exercises.
