What kind of events will trigger an alert from the Debix OnCall system?
Any new accounts posted to your credit file. Now that Debix will use feeds directly from the credit bureaus, you will be alerted anytime a lender posts a new account to your credit file. If you have not applied for any new lines of credit, you will be connected immediately to the OnCall team who will work with the lender to close any unauthorized accounts.
