Black and yellow. Yellow causes a nice contrast. Shoes to match the dress color would be good… or to much the dres. You could get a hot pink dress, or a baby pink dress. If you then wear silver glitter or black shoes make sure you match it with the bag! Some dresses have more than one colour so maybe go with a dress with 2 colors.
