Invoicing requirements remain the same, except for the 100-gallon limitation on the tax-free sale of undyed diesel fuel for non-taxable purposes. Examples of proper invoicing are in the old Retail Dealer’s manual. Although the manual needs to be updated to reflect Public Act 403, the invoice requirements will be very similar.
