What kind of dishes can be made with button mushrooms?
Prashant, Ameerpet LOTS OF dishes can be made. Button mushrooms may be used to make snacks as in fritters and in stews along with meat. They can be cooked to make only mushroom dishes. Button mushrooms may also be used to make salads after blanching them. Of course care must be taken to wash and dry the mushrooms before using them.
