A3. Under the existing zoning a building could be constructed the entire length of the block, similar to mid-century buildings on JFK Boulevard. With a 75% setback an additional 100 ft. could be included in the design. Such a dense building would block light and air, cast a vast, slow-moving shadow on the surrounding area, and not comply with the design recommendations of LSNA.
