Wish I was there to enjoy those clams. However, I would not go with any dairy product based dessert. Instead I would go with some kind of fruit. Perhaps a fruit compote, ambrosia, waldorf, or even a blueberry or raspberry tart. I once went to a native resort near Seattle and they served the tarts after a meal of steamed clams and smoked salmon. It was delicious.

I don’t know alot about cooking, but maybe a lemon/lime pie… or if you want to go ultra risky tiramisu. Personally i hate seafood, so im guessing a clam bake is gonna kinda be bland/tart (in a good way) so follow it up with a tart dessert.
