• Customer Service is available between 8 am and 6 pm Mon. thru Thurs (EST) and 8 am and 5 pm on Fri. (EST) • Ratio of one customer service representative for every 1,800 employee lives. • IMA abandonment rate fluctuates between .01% and 2%, depending on client and time of year. • Customer service representatives are cross trained as claims examiners. • Interpreters are available through language line.
