What kind of crayon eyeliner works best without smudging?
Hi there, I have searched long and hard for a good eyeliner and the one I have found to by far superior to all the rest is LOREAL Paris, LE KOHL Pencil, you can use it dry and it is smooth and goes on perfect inside the eyerim and outside. You can also use it wet for a wetliner look. I often will use the same color shadow with the liner. Use a small brush to go over your liner line with the shadow. It sets it and gives it a smokey look. My favorite combo is brown eyeshadow with black liner. Carbon Black is the color I use most.
