What kind of coverage do I get with an AT&T ConnecTech Protection Plan?
All our plans cover hardware failure due to defects in material or workmanship, normal wear and tear, or power surges. For many of the plans, accessories such as TV remote controls, routers, modems, keyboards, mice, and monitors are even covered. Our Netbook/Notebook plan includes coverage for Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH), such as screen cracks resulting from a drop. Note that ADH does not include theft, loss, and damage due to fire, flood or other acts of nature, or intentional damage or immersion.
