The Fountain Hills Municipal Court is the judicial branch of Fountain Hills government. The Court has jurisdiction over civil traffic, criminal traffic and criminal misdemeanor offenses, as well as violations of the Town Code and ordinances. The Court also has authority over specified juvenile offenses. The Judge has authority to issue arrest/search warrants and the authority to issue orders of protection (domestic violence) and injunctions against harassment.
