No conversions are needed. It is however, recommended that you change your fuel lines to Viton fuel lines if you vehicle is a 1994 or older vehicle. Also, you should change your fuel filter after your first or second tank of BioDiesel. The reason being that biodiesel tends to remove fungus and varnish in your fuel tank.
