Because of OWCAP s proximity to Weber State University, Head Start has been able to garner strong volunteer support, including free health screenings for children from university nursing students and staff. The OWCAP Head Start program has a highly involved community and is constantly forging new or stronger relationships with other area agencies and service providers.
