We use a premium luxury Belgian Couverture chocolate from Callebaut. The chocolate is guaranteed nut & gluten free. Fresh chocolate is always provided and unlike some companies we never re-use the chocolate or use vegetable oil to dilute. We can offer you a choice of milk, white or dark. The white chocolate can be coloured.
