What kind of Chinese textbooks or curricular materials does the Contra Costa Chinese School use?
For students in grades K-4th, either traditional Chinese and Ping yin or simplified Chinese and Ping yin text books are used depending on which class you enrolled your child in. In the 5th-8th grade, traditional Chinese and Ping yin text books are used. In the IC level classes, students get the same text books that UC Berkeley uses. It is the simplified Chinese and Ping yin text book Integrated Chinese.
