The purpose of the having the CVLE HOA Board approve any changes to each homesite is so the “essence” of the community is maintained. This includes verifying that the proposed changes comply with the covenants of the community. This includes, but is not limited to the addition of decks after you move in, installation of fences, storage sheds, inground pools, etc. The best advice is – be safe, no matter what the change is, submit it to Elite Management Services.
