What kind of certification do Academic Counselors have?
Learning by Grace hires Academic Counselors who are experts in their field and they posses strong language skills since all of their communication with students and parents is done in writing. Many teachers possess state certification in the area they are teaching and many have degrees in their fields. Our teachers must be technically proficient and understand online education. Learning by Grace is reinventing education, which means finding new ways of doing things, and we are pleased to be able to examine closely the applicant’s strengths and personality, in addition to knowing they have passed a test designed for teachers who teach in a traditional system.
