The Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) is a non-profit organization that works in conjunction with the major power providers of Oregon: Pacific Power, Portland General Electric, and NW Natural. The ETO has an extensive program offering cash incentives, and in some cases, loans, for private residents and businesses.
