WHAT KIND OF CABLE TELEVISION DOES THE BUILDING OFFER?
Cable Television – Americana Towers uses COMCAST for cable programming. The cost of the basic cable package is included in the Unit assessments. Special viewing packages are available and are billed directly to residents by COMCAST Cable. New residents should call COMCAST (866-594-1234) for instructions on how to connect their televisions to the system. In most cases, you can make these connections with assistance provided over the telephone. If you need a company representative to make the system connection for you, there may be a charge for one service visit. If your television is not cable ready, the service charge may be higher because of labor and materials needed to complete the connection.
